The challenge

Before using Atticus, Memery Crystal managed the factual back-up of statements in their clients’ documents by using a table in a word processor. The table would have to be manually edited on a regular basis to accurately reflect any updates, such as, when the other side’s lawyers provided a markup. This was a time and resource burden for all involved.

The solution

Memery Crystal cited the ability to easily track new versions of the document being verified as well as the annotations within that document, as one of the major benefits of Atticus. The firm values how Atticus allows users to review the statements that have been changed and any annotations carried over from previous versions.
