We are only at the beginning of our story.

We are on a mission to bring more truth to the world of business by building tools that empower people working in regulated environments. We care about having a great workplace culture, designing things of beauty, engineering quality, and solving actual problems for our customers.

As a growing global company, we are constantly on the lookout for people who can complement our team, contribute to our ambitious objectives and align with our values and way of work.

A place we really want to work

Our team is our priority. If the business is doing well and our customers are happy, but we dread coming to work, then we have failed.

We have two offices located in Melbourne and London and we are committed to building and maintaining a successful hybrid workplace. Team members based near our offices work from the office from 1-5 days a week. The rest of the team work remotely from all over the world, including Toronto, Perth, Sydney, Adelaide and the Sunshine Coast.

Our culture is collaborative and connected.

We work closely together in a high-trust, high-autonomy environment of peers. We collaborate across departments, offer and request help and feedback, and teach each other new tricks whenever we can.

Remote friendly

We are committed to building a successful hybrid workplace. Team members based near our offices work from the office from 1-5 days a week. The rest of us work from all over the world across seven timezones, including Toronto, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.

Generous remuneration

We pride ourselves on being able to offer great packages for great people. We are not asking anyone to take a pay cut to work at a startup.

Output, not hours

All of us make time every day to walk the dog, do the school run, or go for a surf, and we turn off Slack after hours. If we work late to help a user in another timezone or to squash a bug that’s been causing us headaches, we’ll start late the next morning.

Generous parental leave

Four months (16 weeks) of paid parental leave for both primary and secondary carers.

Being part of a highly collaborative team that cares about building software that solves a real problem is one of my favourite things about working at Atticus.
